Avec plus de 18 ans d’expérience dans la tech et la gestion de projets SaaS, j’accompagne les entreprises dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement de solutions logicielles robustes, modernes et scalables.

Mon projet principal:
SaaSFoundry, un starter open source modulaire et évolutif conçu pour accélérer la création de produits SaaS. Il intègre toutes les briques essentielles pour démarrer rapidement : authentification, gestion d’organisation, rôles, facturation, back-office, CI/CD, et bien plus.

BillMate est le premier produit construit avec SaaSFoundry :
Une solution intuitive de facturation pensée pour les indépendants, les TPE et les structures en portage salarial.

  About the company:
  Flowie was created from a project I started with a former CTO of NotSoDark (now the CEO of this startup). The company’s goal is to offer a platform for tracking invoices between two parties—commonly a supplier and a buyer. The platform aims to enable both parties to monitor invoice validation and payment, attach relevant documents, and maintain a historical record of each invoice. It also incorporates a certification process aligned with the latest European standards, such as Invoice X, which facilitates invoice digitalization and VAT validation.
  
  About me:
  As one of the original founders, my primary responsibilities included product management, developing the initial front-end code, setting up hosting accounts, and establishing team workflows. I also gained valuable experience in fundraising, risk management, and negotiation. This role has been one of the most enriching and challenging experiences of my career, offering significant insights across human, technical, and product dimensions.

  Under the direction of the CTO, my roles were multiple! As one of the most experienced front-end engineers of the company, my first mission was to help the whole tech team to progress by contributing to the implementation of best practices while formalizing the development processes. Speaking at several internal conferences (Tech away / Company meetings).
  
  My second mission was essentially focused on the design of a large software brick included today in the NMP. A software commonly called the DND (drag and drop Editor) allowing anyone to design emails compatible with all email clients. I was able to lead the product design (Discovery/Spec/Wireframe), the technical implementation (Front-end architecture, Back-end templating engine with NodeJS and MJML), the project follow-up (ticketing / Code review / Onboarding) and the documentation (Technical & functional). Following the creation of this new tool, part of the engineering team evolved, and I found myself in charge of training new teams on the different aspects of the product (nodeJS engine, design interface, etc).
  
  My last mission was more focused on QA, I was in charge of setting up a whole testing process in order to perpetuate all the front-end products of the company. I was in charge of training the product managers to write reusable and automatable test plans (E2E test) but also to train the engineers to write automated tests in a way that would allow the creation of a dedicated QA team.
  
  Tech stacks: VueJS, Sass, Webpack/Vite, NodeJS, Cypress, MJML, AWS, Typescript, Python .
  CI: GitLab CI + Kubernetes + Docker + Cypress + Terraform + AWS.
